Recipe for a 5 ingredient sherbet punch is perfect for any celebration! It’s bubbly, sweet, full of tropical flavors and super simple to make!

Sherbet punch in glasses with sliced fruit

In honor of National Bubbly Day we created this Cava Sherbet Punch recipe. It’s super easy and fun to make and great for summer entertaining.

This recipe combines pear and pineapple juice, ginger ale along with sparkling Cava, and of course scoops of strawberry sherbet.

If you want to make a punch that’s suitable for all of your guests, including the little ones, leave out the Cava. Use this recipe but leave the sparkling wine out for a simple sherbet punch.

What is Sherbet?

A frozen dessert made from fruit juice and a base like milk or cream. It contains other sweeteners and there are many ways to make it. It can be dairy or none dairy. For this, we used strawberry sherbet which has a milk base.

Scoop balls of sherbet into the punch bowl.

Tips for Making Sherbet Punch

Don’t scoop the sherbet or pour the Cava in until you’re ready to serve. Serve this with a ladle to scoop all the ingredients into the glass.

Use good quality, organic juice if possible.

Always taste test and if the punch needs more of anything add a little in at a time.
