This garlic cilantro sauce is the easiest to make! It’s full of flavor and can be used as a salad dressing, for dipping and pairs really well with baked salmon skewers.

Cilantro Dipping Sauce

It’s all about the sauces! Dips and sauces are great for topping rice bowls, dipping potatoes or for serving with meat like burgers or fish. Our cilantro dip is super flavorful and versitle. The best part, it takes a few minutes to make!

This recipe has a cream cheese base (yum!) and is packed with fresh cilantro, lemon juice, salt and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cream Cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until the sauce is completely smooth.

Serve in a small bowl for dipping and enjoy!

How to Store Cilantro Sauce

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week.

Make it Spicy

If you want a spicy cilantro dip, add a few jalapeño slices in with the ingredients when blending. Quickly gives this dip a spicy kick!

  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
