Garlic Dip Ingredients

Mayonnaise – An emulsion of oil, egg yolk, and either vinegar or lemon juice. There are many variants of flavorings for mayonnaise too. We used classic mayonnaise for this recipe but you can also use healthier options too.

Sour Cream – This adds even more of a creamy texture and gives the dip a little tangy flavor.

Garlic – Use fresh garlic cloves, minced garlic adds all of the garlic flavorings to this garlic dip.

Mint – Use fresh mint finely chopped. It adds a freshness to the recipe and tastes really good. You can also thyme or green onions as a substitute.

Lemon Juice – Adds more acidity to the recipe.

Kosher Salt + Black Pepper – Enhances and adds flavor to the dip.
