This Wild Berry Energy Cocktail is a quick drink to make for one or two of you! It’s made with Hiball sparkling energy water, which has ginseng and vitamin B. We like it because there is a hint of wild berry flavor and zero sugar making it truly just energy-water!

Furthermore, we also use gin in for this cocktail since gin is a juniper-based spirit. Juniper is a super berry filled with antioxidants. Gin was also used as an herbal medicine in the middle ages!

This cocktail is great for romantic Valentine’s day dinner, Valentine’s Day party or even an outdoor summer party! Furthermore, the red and blue berries also make it great for a 4th of July party! As long as there are fresh berries at the market, you can make this drink all year long!

Here’s how you make it! Only a few ingredients and a little bit of sugar to sweeten it up!

Also, let me just say this cocktail goes great with Wild Berry Skittles… no really! It does!

How to Make Simple Syrup

Simple syrup is “simple” to make! It’s just equal parts sugar and water melted in a saucepan. Each cocktail only uses 1/2 ounce of simple syrup keeping the sugar and calories low.
