A simple 4-ingredient lavender mojito recipe made with lavender simple syrup, white rum, mint, and lime juice. It’s refreshing and perfect for spring!
I got to experiment with creating a few different drinks for my baby shower. Yes, I am a total baby-showerzilla and I can’t help but design and plan for it! I have four amazing hosts, who are helping me so much and at the same time, letting me do my thing, ha!! But I decided on this recipe and it’s a perfect spring cocktail!
This lavender mojito is made with a homemade lavender simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves, and a delicious white rum. The drink has a slight lavender flavor with a beautiful lavender essence.
Tips for Making this Lavender Mojito Recipe
Buy lavender syrup if you do not want to make it.
Garnish the cocktail with a fresh (or faux) lavender spring.
Make sure to wash the mint well before muddling it.
Always use fresh squeezed lime juice.
Add a little soda water if you want to dilute the cocktail.
Add more simple syrup for a sweeter cocktail.
Best Rum for Mojitos
White rum is traditionally used for making mojitos. The quality does matter as this is the only alcohol in the cocktail. Choosing a rum can be hard though! For help, check out the 9 best rums for mojitos via The Manual.

Thanks girls! Amy, we actually just moved to a different apartment in the same building, ha!! We’ll be here for about another year or so while we house hunt and decide what area in LA we want to buy a house. That’s the hardest part now because we have to think about schools!! So we’re taking our time to decide ๐
These mojito’s are the prettiest drinks ever! Love.
Didn’t know that you moved! Congrats Eden! You’re so lucky to get to decorate a new place. I kinda wish I could do the same. LOL!
Did you switch cities or just apartments within the same location?
That sounds delish!
