Ingredients and Shopping List
St. Germain
St. Germain is a French liqueur that is made with elderflowers. It has floral notes as well as peach, grapefruit and pear. The natural, fresh flavor is the perfect addition to a cocktail.
Champagne
Want to make it truly French? Use real Champagne. But a good sparkling wine works beautifully too.
Sparkling Water
Expert Tips
Use chilled ingredients: Cold Champagne + cold St. Germain = extra refreshing.
Garnish like a pro: Try a lemon twist, sprig of lavender, or edible flower to make it party-ready.
Don’t overdo the water: Just a splash of sparkling water keeps it light without diluting the flavor.
Make it in batches: Hosting a group? Mix a pitcher and pour over ice when guests arrive.
