Caramel Apples

To make the caramel apples we followed our easy caramel recipe! It makes a soft caramel and works great for apples.

apple and broom sticks

Using these charming broomsticks, place the stick into the apple, halfway down.

Next, lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet near the range.

Then, make the caramel and dip each apple into the caramel. Let it drip in the pot before placing it on the parchment paper. You can do two dips for an extra thick caramel layer.
