Ginger Simple Syrup

To make simple ginger syrup, you’ll need 1/2 cup ginger juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Add both of the ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer on low until the sugar melts.

Remove the ginger syrup and let it cool before adding it to the punch.

For ginger juice, we like using Ginger People. They also make syrup, but it can be hard to find if you’re in a pinch.

Yummy fall/harvest punch recipe. I don’t drink, so just leave out the whiskey, haha. Still a great mocktail that way.
