Ginger Simple Syrup

To make ginger simple syrup, you’ll need 1/2 cup ginger juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Add both of the ingredient into a small saucepan and simmer on low until the sugar melts.

Remove the ginger syrup and let it cool before adding it to the punch.

For ginger juice we like using Ginger People. They also make a syrup, but it can be hard to find if you’re in a pinch.

Yummy fall/harvest punch recipe. I don’t drink, so just leave out the whiskey, haha. Still a great mocktail that way.
