What’s Halloween without a Halloween punch?! Our spiked Jolly Rancher punch is perfect for a crowd and full of fruity, candy flavors without being too sweet! It’s the most delicious punch for a Halloween pumpkin carving night, a Halloween movie night, or even a fall harvest party.
Also, check out our jolly rancher shot recipe too!
I’ve made this recipe for our Halloween parties for years. Not only is it a total hit, but it’s super easy to make using nothing but juices and vodka. No mixing, muddling or even refilling. This Halloween punch makes enough for a crowd.
It tastes like a yummy Jolly Rancher, but not as sweet. When you’re hosting a party and you have many guests coming in and out, it’s almost impossible to create individual cocktails for each person. A festive punch is the best option for parties.
Whip up this punch, pour it into a punch bowl or dispenser, add ice about 10 minutes before everyone arrives, and watch your guests enjoy this yummy spiked punch! It’s the perfect addition to our Halloween bar!
How to Make Jolly Rancher Halloween Punch
This Jolly Rancher drink is easy, I mean it’s REALLY EASY! Simply add all of the ingredients into a large punch bowl or dispenser, add ice, and mix!
Ingredients
Sparkling Apple Cider – Martinellis is what we use.
Raspberry Vodka or Passion Fruit Vodka
Pineapple Juice – Use 100% pineapple juice.
Cranberry Juice – Sweetened cranberry juice. Unsweetened is too tart and bitter.
Ginger Ale – Any ginger ale will work, even sugar-free.
What goes in a Jolly Rancher Drink?
There’s nothing too complicated or fancy in this Halloween Punch, and you can easily grab all of the ingredients at your local store.
To get that Jolly Rancher flavor, mix pineapple juice, cranberry juice, apple cider, and ginger ale, and then spike it with either passion fruit or raspberry-infused vodka.
Easy Halloween Punch
Sometimes you need a punch recipe so you’re not having to spend loads of time in the kitchen, and that’s why punches are great.
You can make them before your guests arrive and they can help themselves throughout the night.
Another tip, make extra and store it in the fridge to quickly refill the punch bowl during the Halloween party. However, this recipe does make a lot, but if you never know if you’ll need more!
Tips for Making Our Jolly Rancher Halloween Punch
- Add the ice ten minutes before your guests arrive so it doesn’t dilute the drink.
- Use big ice cubes, as they won’t melt as fast.
- Decorate the punch bowl/dispenser with cobwebs and skeletons!
- Prepare the punch the day you plan to serve it and keep it covered in the fridge until you are ready to serve it.
- If you don’t have a large enough punch bowl, then store some of the punch in a pitcher in the refrigerator.
Candy Straws
We love using a black licorice stick as a straw for this drink. Just cut the top and bottom off the licorice and cut it to the size of the glasses you’re serving the Halloween punch in.

What can i substitute sparkling apple cider with
Maybe try apple juice and ginger ale
I actually made this awesome recipe last year and am getting ready to make again. I substituted the sparkling apple cider for a combo of Champagne and Apple Cider… it was great and added a little more booze!
Do you think this would still be good with Sprite, instead of Sparkling Apple Cider? Or, is the apple cider what gives it the taste?
I think the apple cider does contribute a lot to the taste making it taste more like a jolly rancher.
Ginger ale, ginger beer
ginger ale ๐
What would you use instead of vodka to make it non alcoholic?
What is the difference in Sparkling apple cider, and apple cider?
One is sparkling with bubbles and the other is flat.
Do you know about how much this recipe makes? I’m trying to decide if I need to double it for my party.
Hi Katina! It makes about 20 cups with all of the ingredients…. you can double it or just add more of one thing you like the most like extra apple cider or something! Cheers!!!
Omg it is a smash
Do you use just regular sparkling apple cider like juice? Or an alcoholic apple cider?
I used regular sparkling cider, but an Alcoholic one would be GOOD too!!!
Just tried the recipe and it is pretty good. I also served it in am cocktail dispenser made by these guys : http://www.thebeergiraffe.com/en/what-is-a-beer-tower/
When do you add the soda and sparkling cider? I don’t want it to sit out and get flat!
Hi Kelly! I add it all together with the ice. It’s not really a fizzy, bubbly cocktail. It’s really for the flavor, which is delicious and adds just a touch of texture. Hope that helps ๐
Eden
You think it would still taste as good if I used rum?
Could you please tell me what size bottle of Vodka to use in the Jolly Ranch Spiked Punch? Thank you
Do you mean the sparkling apple cider?
Hi! I’m making this recipe for a bachelorette party. Can you tell me how much apple cider and vodka specifically? Thanks!
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer! One bottle of each, so about 25 ounces of apple cider and 25 ounces of vodka. Or 750ml. Hope that helps!!
Sounds great! Thank you for sharing, can’t wait to try it ๐
Jen
This sounds like a winner! ๐
Looks fabulous!
